Good quality and price
Yummy and just what we needed. Makes 10-12 large bubble teas depending on how much one likes to put in. Good price as well.

Good boba pearls
I bought this because my normal brand was out of the larger bag of my regular boba pearls. These were really good. Super easy to prepare, very good texture, good flavor. These cook differently then the others I had. This can be made in the microwave, I haven’t tried that yet. You bring water to boil, put the pearls in and boil for one minute. Then you turn the flame off and let them sit for five minutes, drain, put in cold water (I use a bowl of water with ice in it). Put them in your cup, add tea and milk and syrup if you want. I use a sugar free syrup (brown sugar and cinnamon).Making these at home, I can change the sugar content and save money in the process.

Good Chewy Bobba
Good classic instant boba, though not really instant since it takes about 6-7 minutes to prep. The instructions offer two methods:1. Add 1/3 cup of boba pearls to 5 oz of water and microwave for 2 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes.2. Add 1/3 cup of boba pearls to 2 cups of water, boil for 1 minute, then let sit for 5 minutes. Both methods produce similar results, but I find the first option simpler. The minor difference is that the boiling method dilutes the sweetness due to the larger amount of water used. The title is misleading because the sweetener used isn't brown sugar but aspartame, which is an artificial sugar, with caramel coloring to make it look like brown sugar. The bobba bag is re-sealable and I didn't find an expiration date but a string of numbers which might be the expiration date,Overall, the pearls taste good but are far from healthy. They are just chewy balls of starch that have been artificially sweetened. But then again, if I am drinking boba, my health is the least of my concern, considering that boba is just as unhealthy, if not more so, than soda.

very chewy
Not sure about these. Was very careful when these were cooked, very chewy. Will not cook them as long as the instructions state next time. Hopefully that will help.

Aspartame....hard pass
Unfortunately I didn't see aspartame listed in the ingredients when I picked the item. My family doesn't consume artificial sweeteners, especially the older generation of sweeteners. We don't even use stevia. There is no valid reason for boba to have aspartame so these are going straight in the trash. Also there's too many ingredients in general. While it's a bit labor intensive you only need tapioca to make boba yourself. This has way too many unnecessary ingredients.
