I got this not as a baby gate, but to keep my large dogs out when needed. Easy to install (I recommend using longer screws, as the ones included can be pulled from drywall). Down side, small nudge from dogs on the back will result in flying open. Latch system not great. My little dog just pushed right under it. Value is what you pay for it and use. It does work good for different size doors

Got this to stop grand baby going down the stairs. This gate was easy to install and works great for our staircase! when it not in use its out of the way but easy to use quickly
