Nutritious supplement
I’ve been using this product mainly in the morning with added sugar along with ice and it’s much better than protein bars or shakes. It fills my hunger in the morning and very tasty. FYI so others know, in Korea this is what gives infants an added fortified nutrition. Not only it’s tasty but added value to your intake.

Not as advertised
False advertisement. The ingredient has listed this item as 0 sugar. I bought this for someone who is a diabetic and need supplement. I checked before I placed the order and there was no indication that this item was non returnable. I received the package, doubled check the ingredient and it lists 13g of sugar. Moreover, it is non returnable. I am stuck with a $20+ product that no one can use. Very frustrated.
