So I purchase this and started using it on the advice of a friend.His primary reason was for the anti inflammatory properties and health benefits. He uses the oil and takes it directly under his tongue. But, he warned me of the terrible taste. I am a 76 year old ski instructor and skied over 30 days this year. I have had a tibia plateau break 14 years ago. The bottom of your knee. I will probably need a knee replacement someday. I hoped to be able to ski this season because my knee was starting to hurt. I started taking this oil 2 weeks before going to Steamboat Springs CO. I was able to ski 7 days there, avoiding bump runs. But was amazed my knee did not hurt. The a month later I went to BC and skied for 5 days there before returning home. So I had been taking this oil/pill for 6 weeks. I never had a pain in my knee and it feels better than it has in years. I still avoid bump runs. But the only difference in my life was these pills. I cannot say how well may work for you but I will be taking them from now on. I also only take one prescription pill, a multivitamin pill and Glucosamine/Chondritin pill. So this has increased my pills to 4 types a day. Not bad for a 76 year old skier who still skis over 30 days a year.I

So I have been researching oregano oil supplements for a few months now. They are all over social media and I notice that most of them are fake products. I was pointed in the direction of this product and so far I am extremely satisfied. They come in a year supply so it is very affordable. They digest well, very small with little taste. The most important thing is they smell exactly like oregano which is a good sign of pure ingredients. I also like that they have black seed oil as a carrier oil. I am excited to see if I notice any results.

Easy to swallow, all my children can take it with ease. You can certainly taste the oregano and it is boosting our immune system and helping to defend against sickness like I hoped it would.

I've been taking this daily, nice quality and price, your best bet is to take this while eating food, otherwise you burp up oregano, but that's what they are made of.
