This is actually a really great value for the amount you get! It lasted me around 3 months because I skipped some days and on the days I did use it, I only used 1 scoop a day. I also like that they included BCAAs and that the flavor is pretty tolerable as far as protein shakes go. I made mine in a mini blender and it blended okay, no gritty taste. My only complaint is that the ingredients aren't super pure and could be better, but at the price you're paying that's kind of to be expected. In the future I'll mainly be going with brands that use plant protein I think, but if I'm ever in a real financial pinch and need to stretch my dollar a bit, I may reconsider coming back to this brand.

I've tested a lot of protein supplements over 30+ years of training. This one is a really quality protein for the price. It's a combo of whey concentrate and isolate, so you're not paying super high prices for just isolate. This is a 5 lb jub that's going to last you a good length of time, even if you take a fair bit of it daily (I use it primarily just post-workout so it's going to last me awhile). It has a nice flavor and mixes well in just a shaker cup. This is a protein I can definitely recommend.

Taste ok but I have tried just about every protein out there. Price tag high for this one but I have seen worse. Clumps in water sticks to cup. They still have work to do.
