I don't eat regular pasta very often so maybe my taste buds are playing a horrible trick, but I feel like the taste, texture and chewiness make this a solid low carb substitute that I will continue to purchase.

Absolutely love this pasta. Have been using it for the past year at least for my wife and I. We make our kids regular pasta still because let’s face it kids don’t usually need to watch their weight and ours are no exception. This does have to cook longer than regular pasta but, still for the amount of calories per serving this is by far and away worth it. It also tastes just as good and the texture is very similar. I think I’d be a little hard pressed to tell the difference between this pasta and regular pasta. The only thing that sucks is the price premium. Other than that it’s a great, most importantly, HEALTHY alternative to regular pasta.

Amazing! I eat low carb, and this was a complete game changer bc now I can have my own macaroni and cheese , my own pasta salad, spaghetti, etc! They taste just like regular noodles and the price is great for a variety pack! I never feel like i'm missing out anymore and they're at a good price! When the box says 10-15 minutes, make sure it's 15-20 Because I always cook these noodles along with regular noodles for my family and the regular ones only take 10 minutes and I notice these take longer so i start them before the reg ones, but no big deal! So worth it!

love the variety and high quality. Will be able to choose the style of pasta I want for my family. Its high in fiber, low in calories and has some protein. Taste is good. Super healthy! price for 4 pack though is a bit much...6 pack for the price is a deal :)!

This has a decent amount of fiber in it, not high protein, but so much better tasting than the high protein and super expensive Pete's pasta. This is great in soups!!!
