As a pillow good but not effective for service.

Good but might not last long warranty does not include surface cracks only manufactures defects
Pillow is nice but before completing 1 year it surface gets crack and this wear is not part of 1 year warranty,one year warranty only includes manufactures defects

I'm never going back to regular pillows again! This memory foam pillow is seriously the best thing I've ever slept on. My neck doesn't hurt anymore, and I sleep so much better. It's comfy, supportive, and worth every penny. If you're struggling with sleep, get this pillow. Design and arogonomiscs are well, good support to neck and shoulder.
