Have been using this chair for almost 1 month now and have no complaints.The chair is sturdy and comfortable that could be great if you work for long hours. Assembling this chair is piece of cake too. This is my second purchase with Green soul.

Chair is great, comfortable. I felt it to be a little bit on the pricier side.Pros : Solid functionality, good looking, comfortable neck and lumbar supportCons : Chair squeaks bit sometime, height adjustment is subpar, a bit on pricier sideOverall, it's a good buy but you can wait for offers to come to buy it slightly lesser price

I recently purchased this gaming chair from Amazon, and I’m very happy with the product itself. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for long gaming or work sessions. The cushioning is thick and supportive, the ergonomic design provides great lumbar support, and the adjustable armrests and reclining feature make it even better. The materials feel premium, and the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels without any issues.However, the third-party installation service was extremely disappointing. The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided.Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but don’t rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

Ordered Vision Pro Model of the chair. Rec'd it nicely packed. After a day their technician came and install it. The chair is very comfortable. Looks nice and feel nice. It's 180 degree recline is fantastic. Seat fabric is very comfortable. It comes with lumber and neck support making is ideal for long sitting hours. Good product overall.

Chair is very comfortable and I can sit for 8 hours without any issues . The installation was done smoothly. Back support is nice and so far no issues which I had earlier.

I ordered this chair on July 14th and it finally arrived on July 21st. The next day I got a call promising installation “tomorrow,” then another promise, and no news…one week later, nobody has shown up or even called back.The chair itself feels cheaply built and completely uncomfortable. It’s still sitting in its box because Green Soul refuses to install it. Their after-sales support is nonexistent, unprofessional, and clearly only interested in taking your money.Save yourself the headache and the waste of cash. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere—this is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.
