Initial installation was following the instructions to "join A to B" and not use the Canbus. This will need you to turn off the unit manually or the car battery will be discharged. Helpful email from the vendor, disconnect the a to b, and definitely use the canbus. (VW GolfPlus) The unit now turns off when the ignition key is removed. Cosmetically perfect in the dash, no problems at all. Everything works as you would want.

Awful, just doesn't work , the lag in connection and using is horrendous, they only guarante, is that it will shut down/ turn off when you want it most. DO NOT BUY THIS, ITS COMPLETELY USELESS It constantly cuts out/ shuts down. Only been in car 2 months, but am going to take out, as it's completely useless.

Tablet effectively useless as the pre installed here maps is not compatible, as are many other apps. Installed software is clunky and performs poorly. WiFi is not great and screen is as reflective as a mirror with a poor backlight. Android auto works well and it fits nicely. Overall I wish I'd sent it back when I first installed it but I couldn't be bothered taking the car apart again.

Not bad at all. Some canbus problemas but if you play arrow you can fix it the code is 8888. It looks OEM.

The device looked great in our T5.1 and didn't stick out like other aftermarket stereos can but it didn't sound great through our speakers at all. We fitted in accordance with the instructions but it also drained our battery. The company customer service is really responsive and try to be helpful but it wasn't suitable for our vehicle and returned for refund which was fast and painless

fits no problem in my B7 passat. screen is clear but awfully dark even with brightness at its highest setting. sound is decent. only problem i have is that it does not memorise your timezone therefore every time the stereo powers on, the time & date is wrong half decent quality but i would advise paying the extra money for a more expensive unit its fairly easy to use but not the fastest! reduced rating to 1 star as the wiring that should be used for reverse camera is dead! NO voltage coming the wiring at all! resulting in alternative wiring being required!

Not easy to set up and the reverse camera is a pain with no instructions. Apple car play seems to work well and when the white wire is cut for the reverse camera it worked. Only 4 stars because there's no instructions

Unfortunately I was sent the completely wrong item at first, I had to return it and buy it again, this time the correct radio came. This lasted me 3 months in my VW Golf MK5, until it broke, during the time using it the cables had come loose and I had to take the radio out and retighten all the cables multiple times. I have contacted customer service and have been waiting over a week but no response from them. A radio that cost me 120 euro should last longer than 3 months without breaking.
