For what seems like months I've been too anxious to finish a book. I started a lot of books but didn't seem to have the patience to finish them due to my high levels of extreme anxiety. Yeah so imagine not feeling anxiety, that’s what it does. I thought I was scam supplement but I was horribly wrong. This works very well. It’s a tiny pill that’s beyond easy to swallow.

The best otc anxiety meds I've tried. Really help at night. Gives an easing calming effect without feeling high or drowsy. Not hard to stay awake or get up after taking. Highly recommend.

I was really hopeful after reading the positive reviews. I have taken 2 twice a day for 5 days and have noticed no changes in anxiety or mood. I have tried almost every OTC supplement claiming to support mood/anxiety and none have worked. I take supplements for other things and I know everyone is different and I am glad this works for others. The only thing I experienced was a few vivid dreams.At $40 however, it was a costly experiment for me.

Love the product but it is $10 more than in the health food store
