I love this bag! I bought a bunch of different bagsmart totes to find my favorite and this is the one. The soft touch, lightweight fabric is so nice and comfortable, the two lengths of straps makes it easy to carry on my elbow or on my shoulder comfortably, I love the trolley pass through to wheel it around on my suitcase, my large waterbottle fits securely in the outside slip pockets, the cinch pocket in the front is perfect for storing things you want easy access to without them falling out, and the bag is super roomy. In the photo I have my headphones case, charger/cable organizer, neck pillow, and eye mask. I’ve used this for a handful of flights and I love that it fits easily under my seat and doesn’t take up all my leg room. The bag is great quality and hasn’t had any rips or tears or seam issues even thought it’s been through a lot. Get this!!

I bought this bag for work and I haven't had any regrets. It's super light weight, has plenty of room to take all the necessities plus some, has lots of pockets and zippers to organize your items, is easy to store when you aren't using it, and is easy to clean. I swear I've had at least 15lbs worth of items in this bag and it didn't break or tear. Plus, I've gotten so many compliments on it because it's so cute. Lots of my co-workers bought it after seeing mine and they all LOVE it!!

This is a good bag, really roomy. Lots of pockets. The side pockets don’t feel quite big enough for a 40+ oz water bottle, but would probably sit a smaller one fine. I was hoping it would work out a work bag for all my stuff as a pumping/nursing mother, but I think I need something a tiny bit bigger.

I wanted to switch to a tote in order to pare down the enormous amount of stuff I was carrying to work every day in a backpack. This forced me to really pick through my items and limit it to only the most crucial. That said, the bag is still large enough to get everything I need plus more inside. It's got a laptop section and I also insert my charging cables and USB items in there as well. I use one of the outside side pockets for my umbrella and sunglasses, and the other carries my water bottle. The inside has enough space for my books, notebooks, a few cosmetics, my Kindle, and other usual detritus. The straps are comfortable on my shoulder and I don't worry if I'm caught in the rain about the bag being ruined. I've had a few little spills on it but they clean easily. I even had jury duty and I was about to cram my entire lunch inside. The only thing that would make this better is if it had a longer strap so it could be carried as a crossbody, but for what this is, it does everything I need it to.

Light weight, Well made. Lots of pockets. Straps are comfortable. Perfect size, not too big. Fits in my locker at work. ,I bought white. May chance putting it in the wash if needed. At this low price worth the risk.

I got this bag for work and love it! It is a little more brown in person, but it’s great quality. The bag is very spacious and has so many pockets. I love that the main compartment zips too! It also has a laptop compartment inside with extra padding. The straps are a great length, and the bag holds a lot without being too bulky.

Love this bag! I use it for everything. So many pockets and so much storage. Cute for on the go, traveling, gym, or work

Got it as a used one which was $5 cheaper, had a lot of blonde hair and makeup on it.. was able to get everything out after a really good deep clean lucky.. when it advertised used, it said only had one minor thing, but it was a lot of different things, over all it’s a really good bag but recommend to buy new
