I've used the pump a couple of times to inflate my NIXY Huntington SUP (9'6" x 32” x 6”) up to 15PSI. It does the job in 12-14 mins and uses around 25-30% of the battery each time. I can manually inflate the SUP in around 10-12mins, but the electric pump is soooo much easier! While the board is inflating I use the time to assemble the paddle, get my wetsuit on, and attach the SUP fins.The pump starts off very quietly for the first couple of minutes to get the pressure up to a couple of PSI, then jumps up in volume as the compressor kicks in for the higher pressures. It is fairly loud, but I didn't find it excessive. I was fairly happy using it on the beach.The pump is really easy to use and the built-in light is very useful. It's light and easy to carry with the built-in handle.I was also really impressed with the customer service - I received an email when the product was dispatched to inform me that they were sending a UK power supply separately. Nice!

When I first purchased this I almost sent it back due to the excessive noise it made when pumping anything up as soon as the item being inflated held pressure. However, I was advised this was normal and hung onto it… I wish I hadn’t. It takes hours to charge (it did right from the start) and initially it did used to work to a degree, but was so loud I often reverted to hand-pumping.2 years later and it doesn’t hold charge at all, not lasting more than a day, and even then it isn’t reliable. Today we took what we thought was a fully charged unit down to the beach to pump up 2 SUPs and it wouldn’t even turn on. We had unplugged it less than an hour before needing it and it was dead.When we returned back to camp, we plugged it in and it sprung back to life reporting it still had a relatively full battery. Awesome 🙄Personally I would avoid and try find a better alternative. That’s what we will be doing!

I gave this 3 stars when we first received it. It does the job well enough and is easy to use. Not being tied to a vehicle gives great freedom for where and when you inflate. However, the charge doesn't do as much as is claimed so you may need to ensure it is charged to 100% before taking it away from a power source. The battery drains quite quickly too if left in store - it lost 95% of the charge in 4 weeks without use so it needs to have an eye kept on it, as completely discharging any battery is damaging.The seller replaced it and that replacement holds its charge as expected, inflates as much as expected and the customer service to pick up on something not performing as they knew it should, was excellent.

I bought this which was a bit more expensive than others due to it having a battery. It arrived with a U.S. adapter for charging but credit to the seller they had emailed a few days before saying they had posted a U.K. 3 pin adapter. It took hours to charge up. Approx 6 to 100%. First use it used 25% of battery to charge a 9’ SUP board but I pumped up by hand at the same time by 10’ SUP board quicker than the pump. However not a big deal as the pump is for my wife as she finds pumping by hand (oo-er missus) very difficult once the pressure gets beyond 7 psi. All in all very happy so far.edit 30th July 2023: Still working. It has got a bit noisier but can still pump up an inflatable kayak no problem on the battery although it does take longer. It doesn't seem to have the same oomph! Two SUP boards to 15psi is not problem. The battery seems to be as good as it ever was with very little degradation. I use this pump weekly from April to October then once or twice a month during the winter season. I confess to only having used the supplied 12V cable only once but someone told me that this will supply a quicker inflation rate than battery alone. All in all I like it.

This is a fantastic SUP pump that saves me time and effort. It is the only pump I could find with a decent size battery than can be recharged using a mains plug (as I don’t have a car). It is very quick to inflate my 11’6 board (~12 minutes) and rapidly deflates it after use.The only issue I had was the two seals provided were too large and too small but I just took the seal from my manual pump and it works perfectly. I was really impressed with the seller who requested a photo of the seal so they can share with the supplier to improve the product.

This is truly a waste of money

Purchased in Nov 2021 and inflated my boards just to test it. No issues. In April 2022 I pumped my 3 boards no issues. Having used it a couple of times that summer I realised it didn't hold charge and would take around 20 minutes to charge enough in the car to start inflating the board. I'd end up hand pumping in the end. I came to use it again in Spring this year, charge lasts barely enough time to inflate my 12 foot board and I can leave it 100% charged and come back the following day and it's flat at 0%.Looking to buy a different pump now.

Worked as it should for 10 months and suddenly started turning off immediately after you started to fill anything. Awesafe wont take it back and says they don’t have any replacements. Left me to deal with Amazon. Lame.

I am very pleased with the Awesafe SUP inflatable pump with rechargeable battery. I had been wanting to try it for a while now but due to cost was hesitant. This pump works like a champ! It took about 6 hours to fully charge the battery to 100% and after using it twice to inflate to 15 psi and deflate I still have 80 % battery left. I have carpal tunnel and it totally saved my hands. It pumped up my SUP/kayak in about 10min. I also like that it can charge phone , laptop etc as well. Having the rechargeable battery makes it very convenient since it allows you to pump it up closer to the water. It also has an airtight seal so no leakage of air like some pumps I've seen. This thing is a beast and worth every penny. If you want freedom of where you pump up your SUP and one that has a cooling system that allows you to pump more than one in a row this is the one to buy!!!

Es muy lento, tarde unos 20 min en inchar una tabla de paddle surf y es muy ruidoso. Lo bueno que tiene es que tiene es que tiene una batería que permite varias carga sin necesidad de ser conectado a la corriente.

Das Teil ist soooo hilfreich und leider auch sehr laut, sobald der Kompressor zuschaltet. Würde es sofort nochmal kaufen, wenn es deutlich leiser wäre. So heißt es, mindestens 50m Abstand zum nächsten Menschen halten, der nicht belästigt werden soll. Ansonsten kann ich derzeit 4 SUPs auf- und leer pumpen mit einer Akkuladung! Das ist super 🤩
