Rug arrived folded in packaging, which doesn’t make any sense, as it will not sit flat and the folding is probably part of the reason for the damage. You’d expect a rug to be rolled up.One of the tassels / plaits round the edge has been missed, was I supposed to plait this one by myself?The trim around the edge is loose, quite frankly a trip hazard and terrible quality. The rug won’t sit flat where it has been folded multiple times. It also appears to be balding in places.I was sceptical about placing an order and I really wish I hadn’t. So disappointing.
