I picked these out for the blend of mushrooms in them as I have an autoimmune disease and wanted some extra immune support as well as some gut health support. I'm also currently microdosing psilocybin mushrooms and knew that the Lion's mane would be an added boost to the amazing mental health benefits that those have been giving me. I don't know if they've helped at all mentally but it's been about two weeks and I feel less bloated and am having bowel movements more frequently. I used to go maybe once a day, but it's more like 2-3 now and I haven't lost any weight but my clothes are fitting more comfortably. I have two complaints about these capsules: one, there are some that aren't even full which makes me question the quality control and two, there's filler added which makes no sense because they could just put everything into one capsule instead of two with filler. That being said I won't order this particular brand again and instead found a suitable replacement that's cheaper, has only one capsule per serving and has higher doses on some of the types of mushrooms in it.

Can not express how this makes my life better. My sleep is deeper so I am no longer exhausted. My mind is clearer. My energy is better. My stress is not affecting me as much! This is a great product!

This stuff increases men libido and clears up the brain frog it's definitely worth it. But if you take too much of it you will end up with diarrhea. So I would say take one once every two weeks you should be good to go
