Bought it on 16may2025. Opend it today it is totally dried. It has expiry of two years. Also stored it in the tip downward direction as mentioned. Totally waste product.

I recently tried the Sichumaria Waterproof Beard Color Pencil for Men in black, and I was disappointed with its performance. Firstly, the pencil's micro-fork tip was challenging to use and did not provide a seamless application as advertised. It was difficult to achieve a natural-looking result, and the color appeared patchy and uneven. Secondly, the color did not last as long as expected. Despite being marketed as long-lasting, the color faded throughout the day and required frequent touch-ups. Overall, I would not recommend the Sichumaria Waterproof Beard Color Pencil. It did not live up to its claims and was difficult to use, resulting in a less-than-desirable outcome.

I recently received the pen and opened the seal today, only to find it completely dry and unusable. When I tried to initiate a return, the system indicated that this item is not eligible. While the amount may seem small, as a customer, I purchased the product to use, not to discard. I kindly request you to consider arranging a replacement if possible.
