I’m waiting on a bigger volume mill and bought this to get me by until then. It works wonderfully and the noise level is not unreasonable for a 25,000 rpm spindle. The only shortcoming is capacity. Just now, I had to mill 4 batches of grain to get through a baking cycle. This isn’t used in a restaurant, just home kitchen. Good backup mill if you’re needing a temporary while your main mill is being serviced.

The hopper is large enough to accommodate generous amount of nuts. Considering it's performance and build quality, this grinding machine offers excellent value for money comparing to other brands. Due to its efficiency, versatility, and durability, I will say my investment in this product is well justified. The machine arrived right on time. I'm given it a five star for now but will come back again if there is any need for me to edit my review.

This thing is a serious bit of kit. Keep it away from the kids; we are probably at about 1945 safety standards. Unplug it BEFORE taking the lid off. But for fully compos mentis adults, you should be fine. It seems fairly durable; the base is chromed plastic, the motor housing is cast metal, and the hopper and lid are stainless. The analogue timer (buzz) switch is a little questionable, but I imagine it's immediately replaceable if required one day. I leave it out on the kitchen counter as I ike the steam-punk industrial vibe. I have ground up wheat berries with it, and it turns them into flour in about 15 seconds. I can't imagine what wouldn't be atomised in 15 to 30 seconds of WHAAAAAA!!!. It's loud, but fast. If you're trying for a nuanced grind of something like coffee, this is probably not the tool. If you want to blast something into powder, this is it! As a bit of a tool nut, I like that it comes with extra motor brushes.

I’m brand new to grinding my own flour and bought this machine due to the good reviews and lower price. It works well and grinds to a fine powder. It’s simple to use - weigh your berries, close the lid, and set the timer based on the guide provided in the instructions. It comes with a cleaning brush, extra blades, and a sieve as well. It’s obviously not a “top of the line” machine, but it does a good job for the price. It’s heavy enough that it won’t vibrate across your kitchen counter while it grinds, but it’s not too heavy to lift and pour out the finished product. Overall a solid choice for a beginner like me.

Very Happy with this purchase! My 1st time milling and didn't wanna spend hundreds of dollars not knowing what I was getting into.. but this is great! Easy to use. Quick and effective! Very pleased with the price too

INSELY, Grain Mill Grinder 2000g, purchased July 2, 2025. Used 34 times than stopped working in March, 2026. Grinder still covered by 1yr. warrenty. Supplier information in Chinese. I could find no other information for web address to get warrenty replacement. Called Amazon operator, who could only find phone number to call, but when I called they said, they didn't sell Mill Grinders.

I like it. I do have ear plugs that I store with it because of the loudness. It takes 1 minute and 20 seconds to grind my soft wheat berries to a nice flour. It doesn't get really hot either which I was worried about. The outside of the machine is quite warm to the touch at the end of the processing but the wheat isn't really hot at all. So I think it preserves the nutrients well. No sharp edges, a nifty little brush to clean it
