I saw a review that stated that it only comes with one handle, and because of that I ordered 2 units. That was in fact incorrect, and that customer likely received a package missing one. It does in fact come with two handles, and I now have to return the second unit I purchased. They are durable, have a nice grip, and they will extend the lifespan of your loop bands by not tearing them since the hook itself is smooth.

I’m TRULY glad that I purchased these. They make transitioning from different levels of banded tension and exercises so much more easier. Not to mention that they look heavy, but are very light and sturdy. They help to give you a very unique gym quality style feel when training!GET YOU A PAIR! You won’t regret it!!!!!

Works great for the resistance bands. The design makes it quick and easy to switch out bands. Very strong feel and quality to the metal hooks. The handles have a great grip pattern and the handles also rotate, which makes it feel more natural when doing curls or other exercises.

Great knurling, large hook for heavy bands and a solid feel. These are built to last. Highly recommended!

I bought a set of these and liked them enough that I ended up ordering the J Bryant resistance band bar as well. These are well worth the money.I will say they are a little on the long side so if you have 41-inch bands and are on the shorter side that combo might cause some issues for some movements. I find myself using 32 and 38-inch bands over my 41-inch ones for some exercises because of this.
