My father in law was suffering from constipation for more than 3 years. This is a poor quality product. There is no benefit in eating it. I have already eaten two boxes.They are fooling people that their product is good and effective but it is not like that........

Vedistry Dipya Gut cleanser is a good ayurvedic solution for constipation & other stomach related problems. Taking 2 spoons of powder with warm water @ night wil help us from constipstion. It comes with an orange flavour, so drinking it is not a BIG problem just like Triphala Churna.
