I thought I reviewed this one already and submitted it, but here goes again. It mixes well in water using my wire wisk. Seemed to revitalize my tired arms between exercises. Value? It is expensive but may not be necessary to consune daily. I don't alwaus have to use a full scoop. There is a slight off taste slightly like an electrolyte salt; so, if that's a problem for you, then it will mix well with a healthy juice like cranberry, orange, or maybe even real lemonade. I think it's effective for energising my muscles. I do try to make sure a drink regular water, clean water, that is.

Taking ketone salts induces a state of Ketosis without the user actually needing to go on a Keto diet. That said, it comes with its share of risks so the user need to evaluate all of the cards in front of them to determine if they stand to gain more than to lose from taking it. To elaborate into this, taking Keto salts might cause a host of complications from upset stomach, kidney issues, electrolyte imbalance, hypoglycemia, dehydration, and many others. This powder dissolves easily and leaves behind no salty taste so it's easy to use in any keto recipe. If you're new to keto, I'd advise talking to your doctor first and be careful with this dosage because it can upset the stomach - start low and work your way up.
