This thing worked well for about 30 seconds and then it blew up. I made sure this one was the exact same specs as the original. Not sure but I don’t think my selection was the problem.

I didn't expect much from these. They were quick to ship and cheap. I just wanted to see if I could fix this tyre machine. It worked great for about 4 pairs changed. Then pop. Amazon made it easy to get a replacement. Unfortunately it was dead on arrival. Going to get a better capacitor for this application. Don't recommend this at all. Save your time.

I fugured the other 'blew up' reviewer had just been unlucky. I used mine to replace the run capacitor in a silent compressor. It ran for about 4 seconds then smoke spewed out of the cap. Perhaps the listing should be clearer and not mention 'Running Capacitor' if it's only built for starting.
