I have been using these for a few years since I was handed them at hospital after a cataract operation. They do a brilliant job of easing my eyes especially after i have spent a long time at the computer. Easy to use although I must adnit I sometimes miss and a drop dribbles down m cheek. That's not the fault of the product, just my old age shaky hand. I wouldn't be without them.

I've been using these for years, as they are effective and the bottle worked well and was discreet -- you could easily put it in a jeans or a shirt pocket. The new bottle is awful, it's big and round, and so doesn't fit anywhere easily, and it doesn't dispense well. Either nothing or three or four drops at once. Really disappointing that they fixed something that definitely wasn't broken.
