Terrible! Poor quality, no support, no comfort. This item seems to be very underfilled, in fact some areas of the cushion have no stuffing in at all and outer cover is very creased and loose because of the inadequate filling. Opened airtight packaging ad left cushion for 24 hours to adjust/settle but this made no diference. Very very poor quality, appears very cheap and for me unfit for use. If I could have given no stars i would have.

Did not achieve what it was made for. Very flimsy. Does not hold shape. Very disappointed. Did not use for my travels did not return the product. Waste of money.
