I bought this for me and my mother because we needed this to keep up our energy levels during the afternoon slump without caffeine. I appreciate the liquid because it is easy to swallow and there is no nasty taste. Love the dark red color which matches the cranberry-pomegranate-cherry light juices we drink on a daily basis. I take this every morning sublingually as my body has been feeling so run down lately. If I am consistent, it seems to help. It is easy to take as it has a cherry taste and no terrible after taste.
