Order a size or two larger than normal. But it’s effective.
It’s good but it’s kinda small. I’m 6’1 250 and got XL and it fits kinda snug. And the sleeves are a little short. But it works.

I was sent the wrong size twice so I don’t know how it fit. But get a size bigger because the xl is tiny. Material seems okay.
