Beautiful ultra modern faucet. This faucet has some weight to it. Very high quality and I constantly get compliments on it. Only thing is I like the gold one also. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Update 250418: The correct replacement tap etc has arrived, 100% fulfilled and free of charge. Did Wovier need to do this? No (as the date was 2305 of the original order). Their customer service has excelled, even when Amazon was unable to help due to the time that had passed. Thank you most sincerely. Update 250415: Honestly this Wovier company is almost as determined as I am, I’ve just heard from them and they are in the process of resending the original waterfall tap for a vessel sink, chrome finish! I’m actually quite stunned at their excellent customer service, ongoing. Update 250410: received a $39 tap presumably to replace but it’s not for a vessel sink, recd a $69 tap/same thing. I’ve given up dealing with Wovier and I’m not a person to give up easily. Now I’m trying to find a drain cover that will work with the first tsp as neither of those received are big enough siggghhhh. Update 25/3/25: I have still haven’t recd the promised replacement, seller trying to use Amazon to deliver it which Amazon won’t allow. I have no idea what’s happening, the cracks on the existing tap are getting worse and worse water leaks. If I replace myself Murphy Law the replacement tap will arrive. Crazy confusion seller is trying to do right but not delivering 🥵 Update 25/2/14. Wow I received response within 24 hours that said they are sending out “another”… don’t know if this means another tap or a drain cover. Incredible customer service! Update 25/02/13 Sighhhhh. I received the tap, unfortunately Wovier sent a brushed nickel finish vs the shiny chrome as was the original tap. The entire bathroom is chrome, and Wovier is not responding to my inquiry about this. I have noticed reviews to do with exactly the same issue I had had with the chrome finish cracking… Update 25/02/11 While Amazon wasn’t able to do anything about the tap being replaced due to the time period since it was purchased, they put me through to the seller, Wovier. The sellers customer service was excellent and they did replace the tap. The only best practices change I would say was the process for getting the new tap to me wasn’t communicated very well, but I did eventually receive it. Honestly, Wovier does stand by their product, very impressively so in fact. Update 25/01. Love(d) this item. Was purchased for a vacation home under construction, so not a daily use item. Over Christmas a lot of hairline cracks started to show on the upper area of the faucet, in an area which you don’t need to touch. We think cosmetic surface defect vs affecting the structural integrity, but still very noticeable. I will try to contact the seller and/or Amazon. So well priced. We’ve received so many oooos and ahhhhs by guests when they use this tap. It’s in a very expensive vessel sink and both look fabulous together. Very functional. The water truly comes out like a fountain and you can have a trickle or full on Niagara Falls lol. Highly recommend

It looked fancy, and was functioning well untill last week. In 1 year only it’s broken now and not working. It definitely isnt worth the hassle.
