Don’t leave home without it!
Honestly the best water bottle I’ve ever owned! Let me tell you why i love it. It’s big enough (32 ounce) to get me thru a 2 hour gym session, the water stays the temperature all day and it will last beyond that, it fits in a large cup holder (I had to add a larger cup holder in my car but it fits perfectly after), and the best part is that the straw tip is soft so I don’t have to worry about chipped teeth (which nobody ever talks about but with those bulky hard plastic tips you can certainly do). Also everything is super easy to clean and you can even buy replacement parts if you need. I’ve used so many different bottles over many many years and none are as perfect as this EDDY bottle. The price is higher than the cheap bottles, but it’s worth it as this will last years if you don’t lose it lol. I always suggest this design to everyone because it’s perfect for drinking from and dentist friendly. I literally take it with me everywhere I go so l am always guaranteed to have fresh clean water anywhere.

Best water bottle again!
This is the second time I’ve purchased the Eddy. The first one lasted about 3 years but would’ve lasted much longer if I had not banged it into everything and dropped it. It was chipped and dented but still stayed as cold for hours and hours. When I finally bought a new one a few weeks ago, I saw another brand and it was less expensive and had great reviews so I thought, why not? Big mistake. After two weeks I sent it back and ordered by second Camelbak and couldn’t be happier. I packed that full of ice and was able to refill twice without needing more ice. Bonus for being leakproof. Just need to offer some fun colors and prints. 🙂

CamelBak Quality
First off, most of the people complaining about “issues with the straw” are probably just not used to drinking out of the CamelBak mouthpiece. Before you try to take your first sip out of the new water bottle, bite down on the mouthpiece with your back teeth and you’re good to go. Does it keep your drink cold? Yep. It will keep your drink cold for 24+ hours, ice melts about 8-20 hours depending on how much there is. Is it well built? Yep. I own many CamelBak products, and they’ve all been high quality. The cap is very sturdy and fits snugly on the bottle. Is it leakproof? Yep. As long as the cap is on securely, it’s not going to leak. How does it look? It’s a very handsome bottle. The coating seems durable. I purchased the navy one and love the color. Final thoughts… I really like it. It’s easy to grip, easy to flip up the mouthpiece, and easy to drink from (I’m hoping this will help me drink more water!). I’m happy with my purchase. This is just as sturdy (if not more) than more expensive bottles. Feels good in the hand. Plus, when your mouthpiece gets old, you can get a replacement anywhere. 5 out of 5 stars.

Recommend!
Leak proof, retains ice and temperature of water, durable, thick. Easy to open how to get used to the suction, but once got used to it, it was easy to use.

This thing is awesome!
I feel like this is what I've been waiting for, for, literally, years. For the longest time, my Eddy has been my go to, but I was always frustrated with condensation when I wanted a cold drink. This stainless, insulated Eddy + is a very welcome upgrade. I've been reluctant to jump on the Hydro Flask train and I'm glad I didn't. My Eddy + is light without feeling or looking at all cheap, and it costs way less than a Hydro Flask. I love the Navy color Camelbak offers. The bite valve is indeed different from the original Eddy. It feels like it will last longer given it's modified design. The valve feels thicker and less rigid and flexes down and in instead of up and out, which is kind of cool. The hose that connects the bite vale to the straw is also different from the original Eddy. It looks like it will be easier to take out and clean. The straw is really the only thing that seems to have carried over from the original Eddy, and that's just fine with me. The grip is really great, a definite improvement. I'm able to get two fingers into it as opposed to just one on the original Eddy, which is great for carrying. It's also closer to parallel with the ground which keeps it away from my nose when I'm drinking. The cap looks as though it will be about as easy to clean as the original Eddy was, which is good. The original Eddy wasn't all that difficult to keep clean. Speaking of grip, the finish on the steel has a really excellent, grippy texture and I don't feel like I'll drop it, which is also good, because I really, really don't want to bang this thing up. It just looks great. On a final note, if you were frustrated by the ambiguous dimensions on the Camelbak site, like I was, the bottom diameter measures in at about 85mm or about 3.35 inches.

Nice bottle, but the dimensions are incorrect
Bottle seems to be good quality, but as the title states the dimensions are incorrect. The diameter of the bottle is about 3/8" larger than stated (3.34" measured vs 2.95" stated). This means it will just barely fit in my car's cupholders instead of fitting well as expected.

Keeps it cold!
I’ve always liked camelbak water bottles, but had a tough time trying to find one with adequate insulation in heat (gym, sauna, beach, etc.). This is the waterbottle that keeps my beverages ice cold, even in extreme heat! I left the bottle in a car that was easily 100 degrees for 6 hours. When I came back to the car the outside of the bottle was hot, but the water inside was still deliciously cold! I bought another for my beau to use for travel. The size is also perfect, as it fits easily into the car cup holder, cross-body bag, seat back, or side pocket of a backpack! I also love the silicone straw nipple, but it is tricky to keep clean! I bought some small straw cleaners and just run them through the nipple valve with some dish detergent and it gets it clean. I’ve also struggled with banging and denting my bottles, but so far this one had held up to my drops and dings quite well!

Great bottle, I prefer the screw top to the straw, though
This thing is a great water bottle. It keeps my water very cold for a very long time. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It's worth every penny. The only thing I don't like so much is the straw. I bought the screw top cap to replace it though & that works much better. The straw is hard to push down into the bottle through the ice, it also tends to fall out, it's an extra hassle when you're filling your bottle, where to put the lid with the straw, it can leak water all over your counter when you set it down & it's not always easy to get a drink of water through it. The screw top cap is way less hassle.
