Flexible, readable, and multifunctional—these timers are ideal for teachers, parents, crafters, or anyone needing extra time management help or learning about time. I use them daily in the classroom, and they’ve made transitions and timed activities much smoother. I LOVE that the sound can be turned off. I’ve bought other timers before, and all the loud beeping was overstimulating for some of my students (and me!). These simply flash when time’s up—such a thoughtful feature for sensory-sensitive spaces. They’re super easy to read, and I appreciate the strong magnet and stand options. A quick glance at the buttons is all it takes to figure things out. My only real wish? That they could time in seconds only. Right now, the minimum is 1 minute, which doesn’t work for every quick task or brain break we do. Still, one of my favorite teacher purchases overall!

I must take several pills a day. These little timers are very quick to set, and they have a loud ring.

Love these colorful little timers. They do the job nicely. I ordered them to use for our new teeth cleaning routine as we needed to time for one minute with a few different rinses. I like the fact that you can silence the bell and use the flash instead and they are easy to use. They also come with batteries.

Works as intended. The alarm is okay for me but I'm in a small apartment. The magnet is not strong enough to hold the weight of the unit. You will have to glue one on, as I did and as show in the pic. I also added a couple soft plastic tabs to the bottom so it had a solid base and I could use the unit with one fingertip while it is stuck on the fridge or laying on the counter. If you want this alarm to stick to a metal surface, you will need to do extra work. If you want it to be usable while stuck on that surface, you will need to do additional work. But they are cheap and I expected to have to work on them, so I give them 4 stars.

This is a basic timer only. It does not have a clock function. It cannot be set for various amounts of seconds like 30 seconds. All time increments are in full minutes. When counting down it will show seconds, but you cannot set it for amounts less than one minute. You cannot set it for one minute and 30 seconds, it would have to be set for 2 minutes, then run down to that amount. But you can't beat the price for 2 basic timers with magnet mounts or easel backs that include 2 batteries. (one in each timer) It is easy to read the display and the loudness is a reasonable level. I bought this set planning to use one timer in my kitchen and for school reading assignments, and the other timer as a replacement timer for my Pictionary game. There is room for improvements, but if you want a fancier timer I'm sure they are available for more money.

I initially liked this timer. It is cheap and rugged and intuitive to use. But only three stars because of the infuriating start/stop button. Sometimes when you press "start" the timer actually starts. Sometimes nothing happens. And sometimes in an undocumented "feature" it resets the alarm period to 30 minutes. After almost 2 years I still have not figured out how to reliably get the desired result. This is particularly irritating if you are make a complicated meal. When multiple things are happening on the stove you do not want to spend 30+ seconds trying to get the timer to start properly, and you certainly do not want to find after 15 minutes that the timer never started it's 8-minute countdown.

I purchased a set of these timers 9 months ago. Specifcally wanted ones that did hours and minutes. They both still work and I used them multiple times throughout the week. I often put need candles as a reminder to blow out. Its loud enough to get your attention but not super annoying. Functionality: Works as described. Does hours and minutes. Display size: Display is large. Quality: Has lasted for 9 months used multiple times a week.

Antonki brand timers, two-pack: great little timers :-) I appreciate the flashing light alert which is in addition to the alarm sound. I like to have both, but you can select to have the light with or without the sound. Nice to have choices. Well made timers, handy size, cheerful colors, and there is a niche at the top where you can attach a lanyard or wristlet. I did see where another commentor was having trouble opening the battery compartment, and I think I can help with that. In order to open the battery compartment, you need to first move the kickstand into its 'open' position. If you don't do that, then the closed kickstand is blocking the way that the cover of the battery compartment slides off. Hope that helps. I love these timers, and they're a great deal for a 2-pack. Also, I'm glad these are 'hours & minutes' instead of just 'minutes & seconds'. I use the 'hours' a lot, and need this type.
