After watching numerous commercials and knowing I needed "something" besides just vitamins for myself, I decided to try Kimchi One and it is excellent. I noticed a difference in my energy level and all around health and digestion. It is very effective and the tablets are easy to swallow plus there is no after taste.

I like this product. Does what you need it to do.

I started taking Kimchi One last spring. The taste is awful and it took a couple months to get used to it but I use tea or coffee to help swallow the capsules and mask the taste. The reason why I like it is that it's the first supplement I've ever taken that helped keep my lost weight from coming back. It's an appetite suppressant, I'm not hungry throughout the day especially for junk food. This stuff also has pro-biotics that help digest food better. Kimchi One is expensive but it's absolutely worth it to me, I just wish I knew about it sooner

Just started using.

I’ve been using this for the last 3 months and I kinda feel my self cleansing and even de-bloating. The only downside is you will burp kimchi, but if that doesn’t bother you (I’m ok with it) you’ll be fine. It’s easier to take a supplement than trying to eat your daily amounts instead I think

As soon as you open the bottle, you smell the unmistakable smell of kimchi. I’ve only been taking it a few days, so can’t really say how it affects my health.

There is a taste. Not overpowering, but a taste. I suggest having your water ready to wash them down as quickly as possible. I have only been taking for a week, and will make a further determination after Dr. Appt.

I started this supplement 2 weeks ago. My stomach was huge. Now it’s come down and I feel amazing. Yes there’s a funky taste when it hits your tongue. But throw it back with some juice and it’s over. No aftertaste. Nothing except good results. I’m 67 and I drive trucks. I take when I get ready to go to work and I don’t have the cravings like I used too. Ive lost 2 pounds. On subscribe and save it’s cheaper. But what you need to ask yourself, are you worth it? It really depends on the quality of life you want to have. You only have one life, there are no repeats!!
