Confusing product description: what is the correct size?

There are 3 of these posters. They are all the same size, with great information on both sides. Depending on how you hang them or look at them (the H x L dimensions will flip). The information given for the measurements were a bit off versus my measurements. I measured them at 17 1/2" H x 26 3/4" L. I hope this helps you.

Says it is double-sided. why no 'view' of the back side? is the back side more views of the muasular system or is it the skeletal system?

The back side is the same as the front but one side presents vertical and the other side horizontal. No skeletal system.
