So I had an issue for over a year with my driver side front window would t roll up but would roll down. Every time I would row the window down, I would have to wiggle and fidget with multiple buttons on the power window console just to get it up. And most of the time, it wouldn’t work. After troubleshooting, I ruled out a wiring, and fuses. Only other thing would be the controller. So after I swapped out the controller it worked perfectly.It was a very easy installation, only needs a Philip screw driver. You pop off the hard plastic with the orange wedge provided or you can use a flat head screw driver. Undo one connection, unscrew 3 bolts and swap it out. Perfect fit, it looks OEM and it’s an easy fix for cheap money. If your having window issues, I’d try swapping the controller out first.

Super easy to install and good quality, fit perfectly with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I did end up returning it because I ended up having a different issue with the vehicle but this was worth the money and time spent with it.

Perfect fit
This item fit my '09 Volkswagen Jetta perfectly, I bought two to have an extra on hand because whenever I forget to put my windows up and it rains my window switch motor tends to crap out. I love the chrome detail as well. A+++
