Can cause stomach issues
Started taking the Natto about a month ago. It helped get my BP to a normal range but it was hard on my bowels. Ended up in the hospital with colitis. So if you have a sensitive stomach be careful with this product.

Stiffness in legs and feet free again.
This really works! I have been taking this everyday for a little over a month and have noticed my stiffness in the lower part of my legs and feet that felt like they were in thick wet clay, now feels free again! Still have a little numbness at the very bottom of feet but I can tell it's working on that area as well.
