What did I not like, love this chair. I am 86 years old, 5 foot 1, and this chair fits me like it was made just for me. I have had lift chairs before and the last one I thought I had found one that would last me the rest of my life, it was so plush, soft, and the fabric was like velvet. The arms wer plush and gave out first, I was down to the wood frame in no time. This chair is not so plush but it is just right, the arms are soft but firm enough to not wear down. I like the cup holder it is at the end of the arm making the arm just the right length for my short arms. The seat is perfect, I am short from my hips to my knee bends and have trouble with most chairs because the seat is so deep that I have to scoot a few times to get to the back of the chair, NOT THIS Chair, fits me like a glove. When I sit down in the chair I sit all the way back without scooting, I weigh 180 and some of the reviews have said the chair is too small, not so, I think a person weighing 200 or 210 could be comfortable in this chair if their hips were not to wide. I love the fact that when I am seated with my feet up my legs are comfortable, they are lifted the right amount and they Do Not hang off the end of the chair. Love my chair and the fabric is beautiful, I ordered the blue and it is really a lovely shade of dark blue with a soft nubby texture fabric. My head fits the pillow back in just the right place so I don't get a headache or neck ache. Now to the electrical items, I love the up down buttons built into the side of the chair and the vibrtor and heat buttons on a separate place so if they ever give out you can replace the item on Amazon. The vibrator is really nice when your back hurts and the heat is great on cold mornings or just for backaches. I hope that I have covered everything and that you know how much I love this chair. I don't usually write reviews but this is such a great chair and their were so many reviews that sounded bad, mostly because they had not payed attention to the size of the chair and I think the price was so good they ignored everything else in the explanation of the chair. Oh Yes, the price was great and the shipping also, the parts were packed well and the two boxes came the same day even though I received and email telling me they might come at separate times also got them faster than the info stated. I know this review is long but the chair is worth it and the cost was so good. I will order another one if my husband ever gives up his old one.Thank you for this perfect chair.MaryKatzkrib

Its Worth the price. I got it on sale for 310. Come with many features and easy to assemble. The massage is more like a vibrator bit I am very happy with this chair.y back has been better since. This item went down lower on black Friday, whamp whamp. Nevertheless it's awesome and the price I paid was good for my budget. I think original price is around 500Thanks seller.

I like it’s a extra recliner to sleep. The chair need a carpet to prevent moving back.Very comfortable. When I wake up during the night I seated at the chair.Approve this chair .

It's a very nice chair only two things switch to go up & down was backwards installed & it moves a lot slower than the chair she had before purchasing this new one. Thank God I still have my original elderly recliner cause it lifts a lot quicker & goes down quicker than the consofa. I think a upgraded motor would be better in my book

I was hesitant to purchase this, mainly because it's hard to admit that I have reached the point in my life where something like this has become necessary. I have Progressive Degenerative Disc Disease that affects my left side clear down my leg and including my foot.After the quick and easy assembly, I tried it out to see how it worked. It far exceeded my expectations. The massage feature is awesome, I would say it is much better than I thought it would be. I tried out the heat for about 10 minutes and decided it was a comfortable heat but a little more than I wanted to use on a warm Autumn day. But come Winter, this is going to be awesome.I don't need the lift feature yet, but should that time come, which most certainly will, I am prepared for this as well.All in all, I would highly recommend this chair without reservation. I also need to say that it arrived 3 days earlier than expected, which is also exceptional.

I had total hip replacement & needed a comfortable lift chair & this was it!!!! I love the heat selection on it- massage - it's ok but not the reason why I bought it.Well worth the money because it was reasonably priced.

Used this chair to sleep in reclined position after my right shoulder surgery. Needed a chair with left side controls. This recliner is not the best quality, but it pictured controls on left. Quality is not bad and probably best you'll get at this price and with these options. It's comfortable and the electronics work well.When the chair arrived it only had controls on the right side so I messaged the seller believing that I would need to return it, but instead Consofa offered to send me out a handheld lift remote for my needs. What an awesome idea. They understood my needs and made it happen at no extra cost.For this service alone I would buy from this company againThank you

I purchased the chair with the line description. When I received the chair it took 2 people to assemble it. Directions were not clear. Once assembled it did not fit in the living room & was not comfortable. Therefore, I tried to return it. They offered to reduce the cost by 10% and give the chair away since it does not fit in my living room, The next offer was they would send return labels but they reduced the refund by 200.00 for shipping costs. I worked with Amazon customer service that was escalated to Amazons leadership They were not successful with obtaining a full refund and return labels. After almost 2 months of going back and forth with the seller I finally agreed to the return labels and reduced refund. I feel that the seller is unethical and I would urge you to find a more reputable seller.
