If you own a BMW F Series BMW, in my case f32 4 series do not purchase these aftermarket parts. The part got stuck in the steering rack even after following the correct instructions by bmw and we spent 3hours trying to remove it. The tolerances of the part need to be perfect for it to fit the rack correctly. bought a genuine one and it worked 1st time. You either risk saving a few £ or risk buying a new £4000 rack. also mine was extra parts such as a key

It's a good quality part and as a bonus comes with special three pin socket. Fitted to my F36 with ease and no more knocking. Comes at a fraction of a cost of genuine bmw part so can't complain as it works just as well.

Don’t buy this item you will lose your money is not fiting

Nightmare trying to fit this part and when fitted it only resolved the issue for a couple of weeks before having to buy the real part from bmw

Ordered this for my own car. Opend the box to find the special tool missing, one of the rubber washes missing on the insert, a steering rack gator clip missing and the spring insert missing Not very happy at all.....
