At first I was kinda hesitant about the product. Because it was so inexpensive I thought that it wasn't going to really help. But at the time all i could afford. But it is the best investment I ever made. Worked wonderful and I'm very happy with this product for such a cheap price.

Sorry for being so blunt but I waited 2 days for this to come.To save a little money. This snake is not rigid at all I have a 25-ft that I can extend in this pipe for my washing machine drain that also connects with my kitchen sink that I'm able to get down.This one wouldn't get past 4 ft without twisting on itself. I ended up getting 50 ft MEISTERFAKTUR that cleared my drain about 30 to 35 ft down the pipe and I did extend it the whole 50 ft removing the line was a little difficult so I use my drill along with their attachment on the auger I did get the line out but the drill attachment kept jumping gears so when I got it out I figured if I used it again I would have the same problem or worse not be able to use the drill it was real hard to get out by hand.crank.This product to me and metal used or steel is useless because there's no rigidity for it to be pushed down further I cannot see this going down 50 ft as you see in the picture it is limp and going into the sink compared to the other one I have that's 25 ft. Made by Kinglev which I will be getting next time in their 50 ft that has the drill attachment post. By the way this is a quarter inch tubing on this auger that I had to contact seller cuz it's not listed in the ad. I wasted my time with this product and gave it a chance and it failed big time.Sent it back.Hope I've helped.

Worked great, extremely long.

Not only is this product shipped in a box that is just the size of the product where the auger tip has to be bent to fit in the box, this stays to the side and using the product the whole line kind within 5 ft into the pipe. No way this would work too clear any type of clog. Wish I would of read reviews before purchase. And got too easy I found the review of the use in toilet being bad hilarious because it clearly stated not for use in toilet.

Complete waste of money! I called it a slinky, and I see someone else had already called it that, but that’s exactly how bad it kinks.

Have you ever given it any thought about using a drain opener and what the caustic acids inside that drain opener does to our water supply? Its Earth Month so I am going to do my due diligence and tell you why this drain opener not only works every time, but it does the job of a very expensive plumber and you are not pouring acid into your system and eventually into your water you use for drinking and bathing! Besides, drain opener chemicals usually don't work, unless the plug is something you can resolve by pouring boiling water into your pipes or use a snake to take out the dam! This is a great product that really really works. It is so easy to use and you never have to touch anything in the process. Best of all, you usually never see the part of the plug that you don't want to see! Which means you don't have to close your eyes like you usually do when you use a plunger. Ok, if you DON'T close your eyes, please don't tell me!! The snake is 50 feet which is a standard city plot size so you can snake from your bathroom all the way to the malfunction junction that connects your house plumbing to the main artery.
