Confusing to get open
It was confusing to get open to put in the product.

Terrible
I like how you can add serum into the container however it leaks all over the place and doesn't work the way it should when actually using the roller to allow the serum to come out. The roller itself really tends to damage the skin More so than any other I have used. As it rolls it tears more of the skin as opposed to a stamping tool. This is the only roller I've ever used that really caused some pain and there were areas of my face. I just could not use it on because of the pain. I returned this due to the leaking of the serum and the overall poor quality.

Derma roller
This is smaller than the norm. I love that you can put product in to rub in hair. That being said, the roller pins are long than the usual and as such, they are strong and that makes it super easy to rub too harshly into scalp. The tool itself is great and well made. The liquid doesn’t spill or leak at all. It’s a great product but be certain to take it easy as it’s super easy to to scratch yourself if you’re not careful.

Great idea to infuse serum while microneedling
This item is a microneedle infusion roller. Unlike other microneedle rollers I have used, this one infuses serum that would be stored in the tube under the roller. The roller contains titanium plated needles that are 0.25mm in length. I disinfect the roller before and after I use it with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. I also cleanse the area being microneedled with anti-bacterial soap or shampoo. You detach the replaceable roller head and place the serum in the vial tube. You put the roller head back on. Then you press the button on the bottom of the handle and roll the needles in the area be addressed. I roll up and down, side to side and diagonally, about 5-6 times in each direction. Test the serum first on a small area to make sure you don't get a reaction. The roller has a plastic cover to keep the microneedles protected. The tool is small at only 4.2 inches in length. I used a serum that had very low viscosity (not thick). The price point is reasonable. Overall, this is a good microneedle device even if you don't use a serum, but with the serum and using 0.25mm needles you get to infuse product to really take effect.

Works Ok.
Seems as it would be fine for your face. I bought it for my scalp and its just to small and hard to use on the head.

Used
It is used. Package is open, there is sticky liquid in it as well as hair. Very unsafe and unsanitary.
