I was a little hesitant to buy this but I’m m glad I did. It’s got really good padding for a new crawler but not so soft she will sink in to it. The colors are great. It’s non gender specific which is also great.

This crawling mat is thick and soft. It has an additional thick sponge in the middle, providing good elasticity and cushioning for my daughter while crawling, effectively protecting her knees and palms. The crawling mat has no peculiar smell, so it is safe to use, and the patterns on the surface are clear and lovely. The size of the crawling mat is large enough, and my daughter enjoys it. Additionally, this crawling mat is machine washable, so there's no need to worry if it gets dirty. After washing, it doesn't shrink or wrinkle, which is fantastic. It would be even more convenient if it came with a matching storage bag; carrying it without one is a bit inconvenient.

This Baby Play Mat comes vacuum sealed to save space. After letting it breathe for a few hours it puffed up nicely and even lost the wrinkles. It is well-padded, and thick enough not to wrinkle up like a blanket would. Still it is pliable enough to fit into a washer. When the time comes, I will probably just do a soak and spin cycle with it because I am worried it is too big for my machine. It spot cleans very well with a soapy warm cloth though. I do wish it came with a carry bag or had one sold separately that helped it fold up better and kept it clean when not in use or when traveling. I will have to try to find a carry bag that works for it. I also wish they had more designs (maybe a girl specific one), but I knew what I was buying and picked the neutral navy blue one. The non-slip feature works well. In the pictures are my 18 month old and 3.5 year old who were very excited to have a new play mat. We have all vinyl floors in our home which are easy to clean, but cold and hard. They love having a soft place to play and naturally keep their toys concentrated in that area which makes clean up easier. This is an excellent play mat for newborn up to child as it can function as a rug and play place for years to come.

My baby really enjoys this mat rather comfy. Only issue is not even after a month the threading started to come undone and don't so safe for a 10 month old. Big and bulky to wash.

These playmates have the cutest most colorful designs throughout them. The colors catch my babies attention when he’s crawling on them. They are waterproof and wrinkle free. Have a good thickness to them and do not slide on the floor.

Appears just as in listing photos, and is soft and thicker than I was expecting it to be, which is great! Love that I can throw this in the washing machine, I washed it as soon as it arrived and it came out nicely. No weird odor present upon arrival though, which I appreciated. Perfect for tummy time.
