The size was just a bit too small for what I needed it for. It is as described. I needed it to hold a brown will bottle and it was a SUPER snug fit (I was afraid I was going to break the zipper) but I did get it in there. It's really made for "flat" type medicines. Keeps it cool - mine lasted 4 hours before the ice pouches melted.

Bought this as a kit for testosterone injections, works great to hold vials, bandaids,and sharps. Is a hard enough case that I don't worry about its contents being damaged. Bonus was while I don't need the ice packs my friend is diabetic and was able to use them.
