Make sure to choose the laptop condition when you add it to the cart. I chose the best quality when I ordered mine and the 16" MB Pro I received looks beautiful... no scratches, no dead pixels, just a very slight wear on the wrist rest that I didn't even notice for several days. Mine basically looks brand new and I'm so happy with it.I'm coming from a mid-2015 MB Pro (only because the OS can no longer be upgraded) and the speaker sound is so much better plus the screen is sharper and brighter. In 2030 I'll get a refurb 2025 MB Pro... this is my 3rd MB Pro refurb and I've never had a problem with them. Excellent value for your dollars.

Laptop had a remote management lock, very disappointing as i detrimentally relied on receiving a computer that I could use for work immediately now i have drive to return this unit and wait 2 more days to receive new computer.Update- received second computer and I could log in but computer was not in excellent condition it had deep scratches in the back and fading on top.Terrible seller that just blames amazon, no accountability

Laptop came looking like new - had MacOS 10.15 installed and running great, no cosmetic or performance problems. Even the battery was rated just above 90%, the one area I was afraid would be problematic. Gorgeous display, fast i9 proc and 32GB ram, frankly it surprised me that these can be had so cheap! Excellent value for money. I think the good price boils down to the lack of an Apple Mx processor, but so far this has not affected me at all.Fantastic deal!!! Beautiful laptop in like-new condition, terrific performance, and has as much RAM as my (getting old) desktop workstation (a much hacked upon 2018 Mac Mini - where I installed the 32gb myself….. this inability to customize on the laptop being one of the few things I dislike, but par for the course - the Apple laptop course that is :)

El producto funciona bien hasta el momento, se actualizará cualquier inconveniente, físicamente tiene algunas marcas de desgaste al parecer se uso algún liquido para remover un sticker, tiene una marca profunda y notoria, algo que me preocupo fue el pésimo estado en el que se encontraba, no se la había dado ningún mantenimiento el teclado se encontraba sucio y con todo tipo de partículas, requirió una limpieza exhaustiva para descontaminarlo, todo esto a pesar que al momento de hacer la compra decía Reacondicionado – Excelente, este no lo esta.Actualización: se devolvió el producto, presentó problemas en la pantalla.

I recently purchased this Dell Inspiron 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop to replace my aging machine, and overall, I'm quite pleased. The performance is smooth, the touchscreen is responsive, and the build quality feels solid. It's been handling my daily tasks like browsing, streaming, and light work without any hiccups.However, I did notice that the battery life seemed to decline after the first few days. Initially, I was getting around 6-7 hours on a full charge, but now it's closer to 4-5 hours. It's not a deal-breaker for me since I'm often near a power outlet, but it's something to be aware of.Despite this, the laptop's overall performance and features make it a great value for the price. Just keep in mind that you might need to keep the charger handy if you're planning to use it extensively on battery power.

Really wanted to like this but the battery life is the worse part of it since it refuses to charge and it needs to be replaced this is not what was advertised since it was said to be in excellent condition refurbished, the laptop itself is stable but if you have large gashes on it and damaged keys don’t lie and say it’s in excellent condition refurbished.It’s in good condition, as it feels like scalping, few keys don’t work specifically the a key and q key h keys, the heat level is average (but that’s to be expected with the age of the laptop) however we a damaged battery that refuses to barely charge and needing replacement, something other reviewers seem to have found, unusable keys and large gashes. This is false advertising of saying the MacBooks are in excellent condition refurbished
