Good fit, good price, and freezing cold!
The item does only stay cold for 20ish minutes, but it fits well, offers excellent coverage, and is a third the price of the IceKap. Buy 3-4, keep them in a little ice chest buried in ice, and switch them out as needed during chemo. The IceKap also had a big area with no ice pack coverage in the ponytail area and didn't stay cold any longer than this item.

Needs dry ice for chemo treatment
We replaced the $500/month Penguin Cold Caps system with 6 of these for about $120. Both caps require dry ice. Unlike Penguin, these don’t have Velcro straps that pull out hair. Also recommend a cooler and gloves for handling dry ice, a thermometer that can read cold temperatures, and panty liners to cover exposed skin on forehead.

good product and easy to wear
This product is easy to wear and works well, only concern is it does not stay cold long enough, I guess that depends on how cold you want it to be and how sensitive your scalp is.

I kept ALL of my hair during chemo!
I just finished 12 treatments with the Taxol chemo drug. I did not lose any hair. I bought eight cold caps. I kept them in my freezer until time to leave for cancer treatment appointment. Then I packed them in a cooler with extra large ziploc bags containing ice mixed with rock salt. I put three layers of ice bags in the cooler, sandwiching the cold caps in between ice layers. 30 minutes before they started my Taxol drip I started putting the cold caps on. I changed them out every 10 minutes. The used ones were put back into the cooler to get frozen again. Worked like a charm. No hair loss. My husband accompanied me and helped with the cold cap retrieval from the cooler. I kept the cold caps on thirty minutes after my treatment. In all I had the cold caps on for two hours total. Worth it to me!

Comfy
This is comfy and easy to use but didn't really work for me during chemo. I still lost my hair.

Perfect!
I purchased something similar from another store, but it wasn't right. Instead of resting on my scalp. It squeezed my scalp and was very painful. This cap gently rested on my scalp, no pain, no pressure, it was soft, silky and cool. Loved it!
