I suffered from mild to moderate facial eczema caused by perimenopause - hormonal fluctuations. Externally, I use a popular pink Salicylic acid soap to help with gentle daily skin exfoliation - this is also a life saver. No drying either! My skin is alot happier and healthier now. I don't often write a review but must do for these. I am 62 and for years I have suffered with gradually increasing pain in my knees, probably down to arthritis, especially in my left knee which I damaged in a motorbike accident when I was 19. When going up stairs this left knee would audibly 'pop' and I could feel a crunching in the joint. Both knees hurt if I tried doing squats, with the pain mainly in the joint behind the kneecaps. A few months ago I started doing exercises suggested by a sports injury specialist, these helped but my knees still hurt, especially doing squats. Then a few weeks ago he suggested I take this supplement as it helped his hands, which ached due to the amount of massage he does. For the first week I noticed no real difference, then about two weeks ago there was a fairly sudden and dramatic improvement. I can now do squats almost pain free and without any 'crunching' feeling, also going up stairs the 'popping' noise has gone as well as any pain. In fact I can now take stairs quickly two at a time without any problems, previously doing that was possible but certainly would have hurt. In summary for anyone with arthritic pain, especially in the knees (the only place I've had it) I would strongly suggest you give these a go, for several weeks daily at least!

Being unable to take ibuprofen due to also taking beta blockers, it was mentioned to mee that I try turmeric. I experience pain in my hip, shoulder and neck from injuries sustained years ago, and also suffer terribly with bilateral menieres disease. With MD, the feeling of fluid and pressure/pain particularly in my right side gets to a point sometimes where I seriously feel like blowing my brains out. MD obviously also has an effect on mental health/anxiety/depression. I checked out various brands of turmeric, tried a couple and found them to be ineffective. I decided to have one last crack at using turmeric, and decided on this brand, after reading reviews. And I'm really glad I decided to give it another try! I've had more success with this than I have with pharmaceutical drugs, too. My pain level is down, inflammation is down, the ear fluid and pressure is not gone, obviously, but it does feel a little easier since taking this. Admittedly, I take a higher dose than recommended - I started off one one capsule, 3 x daily, and have increased it to 2 capsules, 3 x daily, this seems to also have given me an energy boost, which was also much needed! So far, so good! Will definitely be ordering more!

I have been buying this product for years and am usually very happy with everything, but I hate the new package! I used to be able to recycle the old plastic container in my recycling bin however the new plastic packet requires specialist recycling which isn't available in my area!!!

Arthritic pain disappeared completely

ayant une tendinite a l àvant bras depuis environ 3 mois les pommades et anti inflamatoire de pharmacie n ont eu aucune efficacite ....j ài donc acheter ce curcuma associe avec du baume du tigre rouge pris sur amazon et depuis deux semaine je ressens beaucoup moins la douleur au niveau des tendons ...tres bon curcuma et bien dose efficace

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, relativ zur Anzahl, Preis und dem enthaltenen Ingwer. Schnell da und die Verpackung nicht halb leer bzw. zu groß. Scheint auch gut verträglich zu sein. Mach in ein paar Jahrzehnten ein Update, ob ich dadurch wirklich 100 Jahre alt geworden bin...

Ich messe jeden Tag Blutzucker, eine Verbesserung ist nicht eingetreten. Bei den kleinsten Verfehlungen steigt er sogar noch an ich rede von 120 - 130. Fazit lohnt nicht !
