Jabra Elite 65t Alexa Enabled True Wireless Earbuds Charging Case – Titanium Black

I purchased the Jabra Elite Active 65t primarily for use as my gym headphones, so that's the context in which I'll review them. The size and appearance of the earbuds are the best I've seen of any fully wireless set. Most other people I've seen use either Apple Air Pods (which make you look a little like a dweeb) or the Bose Soundsport Free (which jut out of the ears extensively). I wouldn't say that either set necessarily looks bad, but the Elite Active 65t squeezes all the same specs in a smaller form. It's closer to the Bose in shape, but more compact and sits mostly in the outer ear opening with minimal protrusion. The buds themselves are very lightweight, and I rarely notice them when I'm working out. The earbuds also have a slightly grippy texture, which helps them stay in your ear when you get sweaty. Speaking of sweat, these buds are IP56 rated to resist dust and sweat, unlike the Air Pods (which were designed with hipster cafes in mind, not sweaty gyms). The charging case is another example of good design; it has the same grippy texture as the earbuds (unlike the slick Air Pod charging case), while maintaining a fairly compact size (similar to a thicker box of Tic Tacs, unlike the Bose case which is the approximate size of a police flashlight). The only thing that could be better are the buttons; the left bud is host to a volume up and down button (oriented horizontally for some reason), while the right bud has a multifunction button. While this is certainly better than the Air Pods' single touch button, the Bose buttons are better designed, situated on the outside edge of the buds which makes them easier to press. The cobalt and gold color scheme is sure to be polarizing, but I think it looks good. Besides, if you're that worried about your headphones matching your outfit in the gym, you need to rethink your priorities. Battery life is equivalent to most other fully wireless sets (5 hours plus 2 full recharges from the case). Since I really only use them for 1-2 hours at a time, I can't attest to the accuracy of those numbers. They usually last about 10-12 workouts before I have to recharge the buds and the case. Overall, I'd say the battery life is plenty good for the intended purpose. If you're looking for wireless headphones for travel or business usage, I'd recommend travelers get a set of Bluetooth noise canceling headphones (like the offerings from Bose and Sony, which last around 20-30 hours) or a dedicated Bluetooth headset for the businesspeople. The sound quality is another plus. This is a fully in-ear bud, which means that there isn't any sound leakage. This also provides a degree of passive noise-canceling, which is nice when the beanpole in the power rack next to you is screaming while pulling 135 with a back like a hissing black cat on Halloween. The HearThrough mode, which can be activated by double-pressing the button on the right bud, allows outside noise to filter in via the microphones. This is handy if you're running or doing another activity that requires you to be aware of your surroundings. Music playback quality is surprisingly good; it certainly won't win any awards, but the sound includes a decent amount of detail and doesn't feel compressed or airy. This is partially due to the in-ear nature of the buds (unlike the on-ear nature of Air Pods and Bose), but overall it's pretty good. The call quality is good as well. When I've taken calls with these the listener never had any complaints or had to repeat myself. Additionally, the Bluetooth connection is very strong. I haven't had either bud drop out while in use, even through walls. This is a bit better than what I've heard about the Soundsport Frees, which are still solid but tend to drop out every so often. There are a few other interesting features. Music pauses automatically if you remove a bud, which allows you to talk to people trying to steal your bench while you're making a trip to the water fountain. Holding the right button brings up your phone's assistant, which is probably handy if you have an Android phone. I'm stuck with Siri, however, so I don't tend to use it. These buds also include 3 sizes of ear tips so that you can get a comfortable and secure fit. I was having mixed results with the default medium tips, but swapped them for the smalls and experienced a much more secure and comfortable fit (apparently, size DOES matter). There are a few things that could be improved. You can use a single bud to listen to music and make calls, but only the right one. This is sure to annoy the lefties out there. Additionally, while the in-ear tips are fairly secure, they've come loose on a few occasions while performing intense activities (mostly barbell complexes and the rower). It would've been nice to have the ear clips like the Bose to prevent this. The Bluetooth connection, while rock solid, seems to have trouble switching between devices. I usually use them with my Apple watch, but I forgot it one day and had to connect them to my phone. Even in sync mode, these phones had trouble pairing. I had to forget the device on my phone and re-pair them to get a connection. This isn't the only pair of headphones to do that, though, so it might be an issue with my phone/watch. Overall, these are perfect for use as gym headphones as well as being great headphones in general. While there are a couple of minor issues, they are vastly outweighed by the good desing, great sound, and battery life these buds provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is for the regular Elite 65T after using it for like 5 days. I debated and did bunch of research between Active and Elite. The main concern was battery life due to the step in Active and Elite falling out. Well, it never fall out for me so I'm satisfy. Pro - Wireless and can connect to multiple device. I use it for my PC and cell phone. - Rapid charging and last ~5 hours. - Wireless charging in the case is one of the main reason why I bought it. Didn't like my previous wireless needing to plug into the earbud to charge - Charging the case is fast. I'm not sure if the case have rapid charging capability but within 1 hours, my case is full. - Regular Elite 65T does not drop out of the ear. Make sure you rotate it after you put it in. I ran on the treadmill for hours multiple days and no sign of it falling at all. Even the sweat didn't affect it much (except making it a bit more slippery when I took it off) - No voice out of sync at all when watching movies - Hear-through is great. I haven't try too much in public places but I can definitely hear sound from further away if my slider is up high. It would also amplify my key press while typing this review. Only recommend if you want awareness. - There is an equalizer in the apps, but almost every music apps have them too. I don't play around with those, just standard guy who listen to music as is. - The Sound apps also have background music if you want to go sleep like Oceans wave or Rainy background. Not sure if that the purpose of it though, Have 3 profile, Regular, Commute and Focus (study mode) Con - Randomly drop signal for 1 sec like once every 3-5 hours? I'm ok with it but many like it to be perfect. I also notice, if the device you connecting to have crappy bluetooth, you can expect some signal loss. With my S8 phone, no signal drop at all. - I prefer that my Right Earbud, pressing it once would automatically activate my voice assistant like Ok Google or Alexa. I have to press the button then say those command. Just a personally preference. - Don't really like pressing buttons into my ear, but something I can get use too. So I sacrifice my body for some numbers. I would not listen for 5 hours straight next time. Stopwatch and battery level based on the Sound apps at 50-75% volume. This is for my Earbud. It blew my mind compare to what was advertised: 10-15min charging for addition 1.5hr music. I did exactly 10min charge = 52% so based on my stats, that about 2hr Overall, it was a hefty price to pay but was worth it since I really needed wireless earbud to PC usage. I first did Large left and Medium right but the left side got really uncomfortable after 30min. End up doing Med/Med but keep noticing that my right ear felt loose/strange. I just swab to left Med and right Large and it feel better now. Trial and error. I really hope it last for 1-2 years.

These are my favourite ear buds. I have a bad addiction to headphones, including Sonys, Senns, Audio Techs, Bose. These fit well, easy to control with the buttons, has a sound passthrough function which allows leaving these in the ear and stay relatively aware of surroundings, nice charging case. 1. Sound - it's clear and produces good details, slightly on the bassier side. It obviously does not have the clarity of full size headphones, but for ear buds the sound quality is excellent. It's not tiring to listen to. 2. Fit - excellent fit with a slightly tactile feel, high quality and not cheap smooth plastic. I have not tried replacement eartips, I want to try with comply ear tips but not found any obvious choices yet. 3. Noise cancellation - it seems to be passive cancellation only, it's good enough for me using outdoors jogging or walking, indoors noisy office conditions. Excellent feature to have sound passthrough. 4. Sound Quality - this was key for me, I am on the phone a lot for work. It's excellent Jabra quality, no complaints from anyone about sound quality, and I work with some whiny b*, LOL 5. Case - It's small enough to fit in my jeans pocket with my phone no issues. The lid does not flip open by itself as some reviewers say, it closes snugly. It's not magnetic but works fine. Pinch in on the sides of the case to open the top easier. 6. Battery - Excellent, I have been on phone for hours on conference with no issues, and put it back in the case when not in use. I go for days without charging the case. 7. Size - See picture with iphone charger for reference. Added a tracker to it. 8. Water proof - exercise often with it with no issues, about a month now and I sweat buckets. Wear it in the rain jogging with a baseball cap. Never tried taking showers with it or dropping it in water and don't plan on trying that. Overall excellent. Hoping it goes on sale so I can buy another one just in case I lose these. Had a close call now I strap a tracker to it. Highly recommend.

I bought n when i used it..it wasnt working at all

After reading through so many reviews on these before buying, I was a bit skeptical about the purchase.... from what I read, some were saying the sound quality was not great.. I find the exact opposite, its WONDERFUL for WIRELESS EARBUDS.. Don't expect heart stopping bass like wireless HUGE headphones would give, but a true clear sound with still some bass. I use them at work in my office, and the "Hear-through" setting is amazing, the mic picks up sound around you when you want it to, so I know if someone is trying to talk to me so I can have both earbuds in without worry. They fit very nice, they have yet to fall out once, even when I used them for working out. Comfortable and doesnt hurt your ears after long hours. The battery life is awesome, and the wireless case charges them extremely fast. (Over lunchtime they're back to fully charged). The case was a little awkward to open at the beginning, but once you figure it out its easy.. (Just squeeze the middle portion and pull up) I bought these on sale (During amazon prime day for 179 CAD) and would look for deals like this before purchasing, but are still worth the 200$ that they are.

I use these while working outside and the sound quality and battery life works perfectly, and they’re great for blocking out noise from machines.
