I'm always looking for a way to add more vegetables to my diet. This is one very good way. It's great as a sandwich spread, but also good with cottage cheese or added to a soup. Don't let the name scare you off, it's very mild.

This jar arrived well sealed. I had this spread on crackers and wow, it's super addictive. I've eaten like half the jar in one setting. Seriously, get this stuff away from me before I eat the whole jar!
