The arms are loose and moved from side to side and can easily be pulled off even when the screws are tightened all the way. The silver pieces under the arm rest came off the first week I had the chair and there is no way to put them back on. The base of the chair also does not lock into place when the lever is pulled up, like it is supposed to. I purchased 3 of these chairs and have had major issues with all of them. Would not recommend purchasing them, and not from this company. I have purchased similar chairs from other companies and did not have the same issues.
