KitchenAid 12-Cup Nonstick Aluminized Steel Muffin Pan, Ink Blue

This is my new favorite mini muffin pan, which I didn't know was a subcategory my favorites would contain until I became a stay-at-home-mom to a mini-muffin monster. The first time I used it, I sprayed it with Baker's Joy and the muffins popped right out. The second time I used it, I skipped the spray and put the batter straight in and the muffins still popped right out. It cleans very easily, just a quick swipe (x24 so it still take a minute or two) with a sponge and a rinse will do the job. It does say it is dishwasher safe, but it doesn't fit in my dishwasher. This purchase has made me want to slowly replace all my baking pans with the matching color. I'll be coming back, KitchenAid!

The pan is perfect. The quality is top notch. This was a great investment. I searched for quite some time for the right price, quality & specifications.

Love the large capacity to be able to make a bakers dozen in one beautiful well made nonstick muffin pan I can do so much like making little egg omelettes to making little dinner rolls and so much more. What can I say? I really love it. well last thing cleaning is easy Peezy. two thumbs up.

Heavy duty, nonstick and even cooking:) I am a huge believer in foil liners. But for certain recipes I think baking directly in pan is best. For example banana muffins turned out great in foil liners but I believe mini quiche of meatloaf bites would be better in pan:) something with grease or moisture will pop right out of this pan if not overcooked:)

So, when I ordered this to help support my wife's baking habit, I did not realize it was a mini muffin pan. That being said, this thing is very cool. My wife likes that she can make smaller muffins so we can have a more calorie friendly snack, but in a pinch, you can always eat two!The non-stick surface works well, the pan cleans up easily, and the color matches perfectly the other items in my wife's velvet blue Kitchenaid collection. This is a great purchase in any color for any kitchen.

This 24-cup KitchenAid pan has been such a great addition to my kitchen. I originally got it to help when making stuffed mochi—the cups are perfect for keeping each piece separate and shaped nicely without sticking. The nonstick surface works great, and cleanup is super easy.I’ve also used it for banana bread cupcakes, and they baked evenly with a nice golden finish. The pan feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy like cheaper ones.If you love baking or need something versatile for both desserts and prep, this pan is definitely worth it!

Amazing quality for the price! My toddler is going through the muffin stage but doesn’t eat a big muffin so I wanted to be able to make my own mini muffins and this is perfect!

This will make mini muffins so much easier to make for school snacks.
