Used as both a back support and neck pillow.
I have used a very old V pillow filled with shredded foam for many years. It recently burst and the foam was beyond saving. I hunted around for a new shredded foam pillow and found this one. I like the idea its cover was bamboo which I love. As a back pillow it is really comfy. For my neck when I sleep it is perfect. I had a neck injury as a child and have keep my neck straight especially when lying on my side. This pillow and cover are perfect and feel soft but firm. My shoulder fits into the V and my head is supported by the pillow.
