I have trouble sleeping. I Tried these after taking many fancy brands costing much more. Mostly 2 will do me. Occasionally I’ll do another two if I’m having a bad night. Take them early enough (8.30-9pm) and you will wake refreshed and ready for the day ahead. I’ve taken them later like 12am or later and I get good sleep but need to not be up and at it the next morning. They probably take 40-60 mins to kick in for me…. I can be reading and I’ll drop my kindle or book etc… and realise I’ve dropped off. I have them on S&Sand like that they’re natural. I do think magnesium is a brilliant thing… 3 sorts for 3 different reasons I’ve had them price wise from £8-20.. but I’m willing to pay the £20 something for a good night’s sleep.

Great product. These help my sleep- I find I fall to sleep far more easily.

I have tried numerous supplements to help me sleep, finally I have found the right one. Amazing! Take this in the evening and I sleep great now. I’ve been on magnesium supplements before, ie Citrate, Gluconate, Bisglcinate. This is far better than anything I’ve tried before, it actually works! Wish I had tried this a few years back, that’s how long I have had sleeping issues for. Great supplement, definitely would recommend 🙏.

This continues to be my favourite source of Magnesium. I have tried others but always come back to this one.

I bought these based on the recommendation that magnesium glycinate was particularly beneficial form of magnesium supplementation for relaxation and sleep quality in particular. The vitamins seem good quality (as much as its possible to determine without lab analysis) and are well packaged with desiccant sachet and cotton wool. However personally they had no noticeable impact on my sleep, either subjectively based on my personal experience, or as tracked by my Whoop wearable sleep/fitness tracker. This probably just indicates that my diet wasn't deficient in magnesium in the first place so supplementation couldn't help me - they may benefit you if your diet is otherwise deficient in magnesium.

Mir ist auf Magnesium oft schlecht geworden. Magnesium braucht ja immer einen Träger und den vertrage ich eben super gut. Dass dieses Produkt (Vimergy Magnesium / Glycinat) wirkt, merke ich daran, dass meine verkrampfte Nackenmuskulatur besser geworden ist. Nehme ich es nicht, wird sie wieder unbeweglicher. Mir hilft es, ich habe es schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt.

I always heard people talk about Magnesium but never think i need it, but after moving to Italy for 3 years, i start to have allergy to cold, constantly sneezing is so annoying, and painful especially at night around 3 am and cannot sleep. Only until a take Magnesium Glycinate then after just 2 days, i feel it heal and no more sneezing, thank Vimergy and Medical Medium!!!
