Am I doing it wrong way?
I did not like it's taste as well as the smell. But I want to give a benefit of doubt. The company and the product has been around quite a while. So obviously the product is selling and there are reviews that day they find the product really yummy. I am the kind who is not fussy about food and I can tolerate bitter gourd sabzi too. But what I just ate is something I could not tolerate beyond two pieces that I ate and the thought that I am still left with 3 more packets gives me nightmare! So to those who find it yummy my question is - am I doing something wrong? I just followed packet instructions to microwave for 3 mins. What is it that I might be missing? Or am I supposed to eat it with something else? Or the taste will need to be acquired? May be I just need to push it down the throat and by the time I am done with the 4th packet, I would be like "bhaiyaji thoda aur Dena"?! Any feedback would help because I sincerely don't want to give up on tempeh because of its healthy vegan nutrition facts.

A different experience for my taste buds
This tastes quite different from our normal food but in an interesting way. You can sense that this is good quality with a tangy taste. This is the most nutrient dense and high protein version of soya and the fermentation adds more flavour as well as probiotic effect. I feel that nothing is lost in the processing. But this is not for everyone but will be appreciated by those who experiment with their food. Also weight watchers, veg and vegan population also will be benifitted due to the high protein content.

It's healthy
It's become a regular I love the idea behind this. Easy to make clean protein. The packaging is cute, it's healthy and it actually tastes good. We eat it every week.

It's different
I have ordered this item for the first time. Somehow, it's taste is very different. It's a plant based protein source. It's nutty taste and firm texture makes it an alternative of meat and paneer. Quality is good. Must give a try.

Smells weird and tastes weird!
My coach recommended trying this. The first mistake I committed was ordering this item because I don’t easily digest Soya based items. So I bloated immediately after eating this. Anyway, I got Korean BBQ and Thai Chilli. Received 2 packs each of both the flavours. Good quantity for the price. However the Tempaay smelled extremely funny and didn’t taste good. In my personal opinion this is no substitute for Paneer’s taste and softness or for its diversity to be added in sandwich, vegetable curry and their types of dishes. To people who can digest soy but want a tasteful substitute for Paneer you might just have to experiment and find out for yourself. I’m giving 1 star as I didn’t like the taste or he smell at all.

It's the perfect duo for creating dishes
It's the perfect duo for creating dishes. Thai Chilli is spicy, while the Tandoori brings great, flavorful spices
