Warning....be careful when you first use this. Since you apply it in the shower, I had no idea how fast it comes out of the bottle. I ended up using way too much (and sadly wasted a lot) when I applied it directly to my scalp. I do like how it makes my hair feel. Who knows if it really helps with hair or scalp health, but I sure hope so.

I used the entire bottle consistently, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any new growth, increased thickness, or improvement in the overall health of my hair. It smells nice and is easy to use, but one bottle didn’t give me the results I was hoping for. I can’t say whether multiple bottles are needed for noticeable changes, but based on my experience with one full bottle, I didn’t see a difference.
