Perfect for sprouting
I use these to make a Burmese dish Pe Byouk and these are perfect for hem. Takes about 36 hours to sprout. Soak them in water overnight, drain the water, then line a strainer with soaked paper towels and place thr peas inside, place it on the counter and let it do it’s magic. It should sprout in two days. 😊 just sprinkle some water here and there if the paper towels go dry.
