For those who aren’t fans of NATO straps, check this out. It would have been a bit better had they used a FKM rubber compound which would attract less dust but it’s still pretty decent standing on its own merits. Nice that they include the super small hex spanner and has it featured with quick-release spring bars for easy band swapping. Some slight concave ribbing on the underside assists with perspiration control. It matches the Antarctic well.

Fit my seiko snzg model. Look great with the curved end as it took the gap away while wearing. Very soft material and very comfortable to wear. Quick release is perfect to switch to different watch if needed.
